Bio
I grew up in Denver, Colorado and moved to Cleveland, Ohio in 1996. I started my appraisal apprenticeship in 1998 and have been working full time as an appraiser ever since. To date I have completed more than 7,000 appraisals. I have a good reputation with all of the large banks and credit unions as well as with many attorneys. While I do not have an apprentice, I am always happy to help fellow appraiser's if they need help in a certain appraisal situation just as many appraisers have and continue to help me when I run into a situation that I need some additional expertise in. When we work together, this is a wonderful profession!
